Hello! My name is Hayley Smith. I am excited to embark on my management role at Sholing and look forward to spending time getting to know the entire team, our families, and the children.
I am especially passionate about enhancing the outdoor areas, as outdoor learning is a particular passion of mine. I also look forward to continuing our community outings. Having previously worked as an Early Years Manager in three different settings, I have gained a wealth of experience and am keen to bring fresh ideas into the nursery, always with the aim of supporting the learning and development of our children. Additionally, I aim to build on the foundation established at Sholing, exploring ways to invite our parents to enjoy all that we have to offer and to spend quality time with us and their children in the setting. I look forward to meeting everyone in the new year and would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a restful New Year.
