THE EARLY YEARS TEAM

Hopscotch's Early Years team support all our settings, ensuring that your little VIP's are provided with the highest quality childcare to meet their core EYFS targets. Looking after our curriculum and developmental offerings, these brilliant ladies make sure that all statutory compliances are met, and are always on the look out for innovative learning opportunities to improve learning outcomes. 

THE FINANCE TEAM

Managing the financial intricacies of caring for almost 1,000 little bundles of joy while supporting a team of over 250 staff (and growing!) is a complicated business which our amazing Finance Team make look easy.  ​When you join Hopscotch, they will be here to help you navigate the twists and turns of early years funding, ensuring you get all the help available to you. 

THE OPERATIONS TEAM

Situated right at the heart of Hopscotch's success, the Operations Team are the group's nerve-centre, focused on making sure that everything we do is bang up to date in providing the highest possible standard of care, welfare, and learning opportunities for all your little ones in this rapidly-changing regulated sector.

THE HR & RECRUITMENT TEAM

Hopscotch's HR team are the workings that keep our Nurseries supplied with such talented and enthusiastic employees. They are totally focused on providing the highest possible standard of support, welfare, and learning opportunities for all our employees. ​From the first interview to the farewells our HR team are dedicated to providing a constant and compassionate experience. 

THE MAINTENANCE TEAM

Our amazing maintenance team can fix it... the children love to watch our very own ‘Bob the Builders’ ​making sure everything is safe, clean and in good repair around the nurseries!

THE NURSERY MANAGEMENT TEAM

At the core of what we are about we have our Managers supported by their Deputies. With their combined drive, passion and enthusiasm for all things Hopscotch, provide you with the very best care and support for your families journey with Hopscotch.
