Hello, I am Marta Matuszkiewicz and I am the Nursery Manager of Eastleigh Nursery.

I joined Hopscotch in September 2021 and I am delighted to be a part of the Hopscotch Team. I have over 9 years experience of working with the children under the age of 5 and I am currently working towards achieving BA (Hons) in Early Childhood.

Linda Jobling is my Deputy Manager covering Zoe Turner who is on maternity leave, and together we aim to provide a safe and secure environment for our children to be able to fully meet their potential. We believe that children learn best when playing and interacting with others, therefore we offer stimulating and exciting activities with rich learning opportunities for all children to explore and participate in.

At Hopscotch in Eastleigh, we have a fantastic team of highly qualified members of staff who are passionate about working with the children. We believe that each child is unique, and we are committed to the inclusion of all children by providing welcoming and positive environment where children are supported according to their individual needs.

Here at Hopscotch we pride ourselves in positive relationships with our children and parents. We believe that working in close partnership with parents is essential and allows our team to take the best possible care of your child.

We appreciate how important it is to find a suitable childcare provider. Hopscotch Eastleigh understand the importance of a secure attachment between your child and the key staff in the room so we offer settling in sessions for children to have a chance to meet other children and staff to make the process of settling into the nursery as smooth as possible.

Hopscotch Eastleigh is in a large Victorian property, formerly a social club, architecturally designed with the needs of each age group in mind. The nursery has a private car park for easy drop-offs and collections, and due to the enviable location of the nursery - opposite the park, and close to Eastleigh Town Centre - we regularly organise trips to expand our children's experience within the local area. We are currently renovating the building internally and externally to create inviting areas with a range of fantastic resources to help our children to develop their experiences and learning skills.
