Managing the financial intricacies of caring for almost 1,000 little bundles of joy while supporting a team of over 250 staff  (and growing!) is a complicated business which our amazing Finance Team make look easy.

THE MAINTENANCE TEAM

Our amazing maintenance team can fix it... the children love to watch our very own ‘Bob the Builders’ ​making sure everything is safe, clean and in good repair around the nurseries!

THE OPERATIONS TEAM

Situated right at the heart of Hopscotch's success, the Operations Team are the group's nerve-centre, focused on making sure that everything we do is bang up to date in providing the highest possible standard of care, welfare, and learning opportunities for all your little ones in this rapidly-changing regulated sector.

THE HR TEAM

Hopscotch's HR team are the workings that keep our Nurseries supplied with such talented and enthusiastic employees.  They are totally focused on providing the highest possible standard of support, welfare, and learning opportunities for all  our employees. From the first interview to the farewells our HR team are dedicated to providing a constant and compassionate experience.
